Questions
Can I try everything first?
Every new workspace starts on a 14-day trial of the full Team plan. No credit card. If you don’t upgrade it drops to Starter and keeps working — nothing is deleted, and nothing stops.
What counts as an agent?
Anyone who replies to customers. Light collaborators — teammates who only read threads and leave internal notes — are always free, on every plan.
Is my data really isolated?
Every workspace runs in its own dedicated database with personal data encrypted at rest. Not a shared table with a tenant column — a separate database, on every plan including the free one.
Does the AI act on its own?
Never. Drafts, scores and articles are suggestions a human approves. The customer-facing bot answers only with citations from articles you published, and hands off to a person when it has none.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes, on Scale. Every workspace also gets a free subdomain the moment it is created, so you are reachable before you have decided anything about DNS.
What happens if I leave?
Export everything, then delete the workspace — which drops its database and destroys its encryption keys for good. No retention period you have to ask us about.
